What you'll do

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve agreed targets
• develop, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan and monitor progress
• support day-to-day and long-term business execution
• develop product, disease-state, market, and managed-care knowledge
• coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct and indirect team members
• hold direct reports accountable to expectations
• provide direction and insights to internal business-planning partners
• meet applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements
• travel adequately to cover the territory and attend scheduled overnight training events and sales meetings.
