What you'll do

• Develop individualized nursing care plans and lead team conferences
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physicians’ orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• direct and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope
• coordinate care with other departments
• document observations and maintain safe equipment and supplies.
