Construction Project Engineer (Project Coordinator)

Job overview

The Construction Project Engineer (Project Coordinator) role is based in Tulsa, OK, with work at project sites as needed. Pay is $25–$35 per hour, with overtime as needed; expected hours are 40–60 per week. The role supports AIMRIGHT Testing & Engineering’s project operations and construction-site teams. The project engineer coordinates documentation, billing, reporting, and client requests so field leaders can focus on execution. By keeping project information current and administrative workflows moving, the role helps projects proceed safely, accurately, and smoothly from plans through closeout.

What you'll do

• Coordinate active projects and serve as liaison among site leadership, operations leadership, and clients
• maintain project folders and current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports
• coordinate billing and reporting flow and ensure testing records and inputs are complete and timely
• manage client and project requests and follow-ups
• monitor administrative metrics and flag anomalies
• support site and field leadership with coordination work.
