What you'll do

• Define Salesforce technical direction and architecture
• manage a multi-org environment
• develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
• establish architecture standards, governance, and roadmap
• optimize data models, automation, security, and performance
• plan data migrations
• manage identity and access controls
• design integrations with enterprise systems
• gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• lead the Salesforce SDLC, code reviews, DevOps, deployments, and release governance
• mentor developers and administrators
• troubleshoot platform issues and evaluate new features.
