Assistant Store Manager

The role helps maintain store performance by supporting team development, workflow, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. It may serve as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable and contributes to consistent company standards, safety, and operational procedures.

What you'll do

• Support daily store operations, workflow, and team performance
• assist with training, scheduling, coaching, and supervision
• serve as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable
• deliver customer service and resolve concerns
• support sales initiatives and performance targets
• assist with inventory management, replenishment, receiving, and counts
• maintain merchandising standards
• assist with cash handling, register operations, reporting, and reconciliation
• ensure policy and safety compliance
• maintain a clean and organized store.
