What you'll do

• Review private fund offering materials and governing documents
• advise clients on investment fund regulatory compliance
• assist with SEC filings and reporting
• support clients during SEC examinations and inquiries
• research federal securities laws and regulatory frameworks
• collaborate with transactional and regulatory teams on fundraising and fund-related transactions.
