The Lead Behavior Technician, Level 1 Provider role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with services delivered in home, community, or clinic settings and travel to client locations around Golden Valley. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. Ability Avenues is a behavioral health organization supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. The technician delivers applied behavior analysis services under clinical supervision, leads and mentors junior technicians, and tracks client progress. The role supports individualized treatment goals and coordinated communication with families and supervising clinicians.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA or clinical supervisor oversight
• provide direct ABA therapy in home, community, or clinic settings
• mentor junior behavior technicians
• collect and maintain client progress data
• assist with treatment plan development and modification
• communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• comply with Level 1 Provider standards and applicable regulations.

Why this role
