The Part-Time Maintenance/Groundskeeper role is an onsite position in Melbourne, FL, scheduled for 20 hours per week; compensation is $16–$20 per hour. Legacy works to cultivate thriving manufactured-home communities through mutual respect and collaboration. This role maintains the appearance and upkeep of the manufactured-home community through landscaping, cleaning, repairs, preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and resident communications. It also supports water and sewer troubleshooting and pool compliance, helping keep shared spaces and essential services in good condition.

What you'll do

• Maintain clubhouse and common-area landscaping
• take monthly water-meter readings
• deliver resident notices
• pick up trash and keep pathways clear
• maintain the community pool to health and regulatory standards
• troubleshoot water and sewer emergencies, repair meters, perform preventive maintenance and follow-ups, and conduct scheduled safety inspections.
