Preschool Teacher and Assistant Director

The Preschool Teacher and Assistant Director role is onsite in South Beloit, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Starting pay is $25 per hour. The position supports World of Dreams’ preschool classroom and center operations for children, families, and staff.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom for children ages 4–5
• plan learning activities
• support children’s development
• build relationships with families
• and maintain classroom organization and documentation. Support the Center Director with daily operations, staff communication and scheduling, enrollment and family communication, center organization, and compliance with policies and childcare regulations
• step into a leadership role when the Center Director is unavailable.

Why this role
