What you'll do

• Lead and supervise landscape crews at residential and commercial sites
• oversee planting, mowing, pruning, mulching, and irrigation
• keep work on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• communicate progress and issues to management
• train and mentor crew members
• inspect sites and equipment
• enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• track maintenance logs and project hours.

Why this role
