Security Analyst, Dedicated Global Security Operations Center

The Security Analyst, Dedicated Global Security Operations Center is a full-time, in-person position in San Mateo, CA, paying $100,000–$105,000 annually. The analyst handles day-to-day operations for a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center, monitoring events and risks and coordinating timely responses. The role supports preparedness and incident response by assessing threats, communicating alerts, dispatching resources, and maintaining accurate incident and system records.

What you'll do

• Monitor critical events and contact impacted personnel and stakeholders
• conduct predictive and real-time risk assessments and issue threat alerts
• track operations and employee locations
• assess travel risks and safer options
• dispatch security officers, facilities, and EMS during incidents
• answer routine and emergency calls
• maintain security-system maintenance records
• send urgent mass communications
• compile incident reports
• monitor CCTV and alarms
• operate telephone and radio equipment
• escalate critical information
• coordinate with security providers, law enforcement, and emergency services
• provide limited access-badge support.
