Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting work
• repair structures and items including showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
• prepare units for occupancy
• repair appliances
• respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance needs
• schedule and complete preventive maintenance
• perform grounds pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping
• coordinate special projects as directed.
