The Shift Lead 1 role is an onsite position located in Charleston, SC, with a pay range of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. This role supports the General Manager at Leslie's Poolmart Inc. in managing store operations and sales objectives. The role exists to help the store meet or exceed customer service standards and sales plans. The Shift Lead 1 contributes to the team by learning best practices for training and development while leading by example in daily retail operations.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the General Manager on store operations and P&L
• conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs
• increase commercial and residential sales
• ensure safety protocols are followed
• identify new talent
• assist with merchandising and inventory
• perform opening and closing duties.
