What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and develop yard personnel
• oversee daily operations across multiple locations
• manage dock schedules and trailer movement documentation
• monitor yard equipment readiness
• coordinate with Shop and Dispatch
• conduct inspections and dock walks
• investigate and report incidents
• manage driver hours, inventory, supplies, and communication equipment
• travel to off-site or customer locations as needed.
