What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of two-axis CNC and computer-controlled machines.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, templates, and setup instructions.
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot machine settings, tooling, and calibrations.
• Perform machine changeovers, including bits, pods, and fixtures.
• Inspect parts for quality and make adjustments to ensure tight tolerances and high craftsmanship standards.
• Follow production schedules, standard work processes, and all safety and quality guidelines.
• Maintain production pace to meet operational goals.
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace (6S standards).

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

HNI experience, skilled technical or manufacturing experience is required.
