This senior operator owns Guild retention and churn outcomes, developing strategy across the member journey and coordinating work across product, lifecycle marketing, data science, customer experience, growth, content, and finance. The role aims to improve member retention, engagement, and lifetime value for the subscription business.

What you'll do

• Own voluntary and involuntary churn, net retention, and related lifetime-value metrics
• build retention strategy across onboarding, engagement, cancellation deflection, payment recovery, win-back, and reactivation
• partner with Product and Data Science on predictive churn models, personalization, save offers, and in-product experiences
• lead lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and other owned channels
• work with Growth, Content, and Finance on retention-related pricing, packaging, bundling, and forecasts
• build and coach a retention/lifecycle team and strengthen experimentation and measurement.
