What you'll do

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
• provide client updates
• gather, request, review, and organize medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and other documentation
• coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties
• assist attorneys with demand packages and case preparation
• maintain correspondence and case files
• schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls.
