What you'll do

• Process inbound and outbound customer purchase orders
• monitor orders through shipment completion
• communicate order status, shipment updates, delays, and delivery information
• coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics teams
• maintain customer, order, and shipment records
• review purchase orders and shipping documents
• investigate discrepancies and shipment issues
• respond to customer emails, calls, and service requests
• support customer service operations and established performance standards.
