What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using quality ingredients and appropriate garnishes
• follow recipes and portion sizes
• monitor and record food temperatures
• label and store food
• control overproduction and waste
• sanitize equipment and clean kitchen areas
• follow equipment safety procedures
• store vendor deliveries
• check supply inventory
• report equipment and safety issues to the Food Service Director.
