Creekside Post Acute is a 59-bed facility with skilled and subacute resident capacity, focused on enhancing residents’ care experience. The CNA provides nursing care and daily living assistance to patients, supporting comfort, safety, and routine care. The role also includes basic measurements and specified non-sterile treatments, while maintaining required training for assigned tasks.
What you'll do
- Assist patients with bathing, toileting, meals, ambulation, turning, and positioning
- check vital signs and weight
- perform sugar and acetone urine testing and specimen collection
- provide non-sterile dressings, surgical preps, ice packs, heat treatments, sitz baths, and therapeutic baths
- maintain applicable specialized training.
