What you'll do

• Manage material conveying and bulk offloading
• monitor and troubleshoot feeding systems
• set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment
• adjust controls during operation
• perform machine maintenance and adjustments
• respond to alarms
• inspect production and finished products
• resolve processing issues and support timely changeovers
• follow waste-disposal procedures.

Why this role

12-hour shifts Friday–Sunday, either 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.; overtime opportunities are available. A $1,250 sign-on bonus is paid in increments at 90 days, 190 days, and one year. Requires machine troubleshooting ability, standing for 12 hours, lifting or carrying at least 50 pounds, and working in a hot environment.
