What you'll do

• Prepare labor and material estimates for electrical construction projects
• analyze drawings, specifications, scope, and schedules
• solicit, evaluate, and condition subcontractor and supplier pricing
• price equipment and maintain cost databases
• identify and communicate risks, assumptions, and clarifications
• support value engineering and preconstruction pricing
• collaborate with project teams on bid-to-build handoff.
