What you'll do

• Communicate with regions about timely invoice processing
• track invoices in a SharePoint spreadsheet and circuit-cost tracker
• submit invoices through agency payment systems
• verify circuit charges
• monitor regional circuit-cost budgets
• record warrant details, Fugitive Identification Numbers, and related invoices in Capture
• classify requests as state/local or federal investigations
• facilitate payments to telecommunications vendors without attributing services directly to the agency.
