What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership
• align operations with organizational goals
• lead and develop direct reports
• oversee technology systems, facilities, safety, and capital projects
• improve workflows, policies, and processes
• partner with Finance on budgeting and resource stewardship
• monitor operational metrics
• coordinate organizational emergency response
• ensure compliance
• collaborate with the CEO, Executive Team, and community partners
• participate in the on-call leadership rotation.
