What you'll do

• Plan planting schedules and crop rotations
• monitor crop growth and health and address pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
• manage irrigation systems and soil amendments
• supervise and coordinate field workers
• maintain records of crop progress, inputs, and environmental conditions
• collaborate with agronomy and management teams
• comply with agricultural, pesticide, and environmental regulations.
