What you'll do

• Oversee shop procedures and employees across shipping, receiving, seal repair, assembly, procurement, and machining
• supervise, train, interview, and evaluate employees
• manage assigned shop profit and loss
• respond to customer inquiries about pricing, parts, applications, delivery, and repair
• approve vendor part orders
• price and expedite orders
• supervise supply chain and inventory control
• prepare and pack products for orders
• may receive and verify incoming materials
• follow safety and environmental requirements.
