Dental Clinical Lead

The Dental Clinical Lead role is onsite in Columbia, MO, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Thursday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Pay is $30 per hour. The role supports Compass Health Dental clinics and their commitment to accessible, strengths-based care in rural communities. The lead provides day-to-day clinical guidance while offering hands-on support as needed. The role helps maintain quality dental care and smooth clinic operations through staff mentorship, patient education, safety practices, workflow support, and training.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to dental assistants and hygienists
• provide hands-on clinical assistance and patient education when needed
• promote infection control, safety, and quality standards
• partner with the dental team to improve workflows, productivity, and patient experience
• assist with training, onboarding, and performance support
• help maintain dental supplies, equipment, and treatment areas
• foster a welcoming and respectful environment.
