The Remote Creditors’ Rights Paralegal role is remote, with candidates in the Cincinnati area or Kentucky preferred and occasional in-person notarizations required. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. ProTem Legal Solutions is recruiting for a creditors’ rights practice serving Ohio and Kentucky matters. The paralegal manages collections and civil litigation files from initial filing through judgment and enforcement. The role prepares and files legal documents, tracks case deadlines and hearings, supports discovery and trial preparation, and maintains accurate electronic case records.

What you'll do

• Prepare and file complaints, motions, affidavits, and pleadings
• manage collections and judgment-enforcement files
• handle garnishments, executions, liens, and other post-judgment steps
• monitor deadlines, hearings, and service of process
• notarize documents in person as needed
• support discovery, research, and trial preparation
• e-file and maintain accurate digital case records.
