What you'll do

• Planning and overseeing daily activities for the Integration & Test team while ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Providing technical guidance and coaching for less-experienced engineers.
• Supporting schedule development and cost management.
• Discovering, investigating, and solving problems.
• Conducting hardware, software, and system integration and troubleshooting anomalies.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to understand customer requirements and establish test success criteria.
• Developing, documenting, and executing test approaches and procedures for formal selloff with customer witnesses.
• Leading technical reviews and status meetings.
• Performing data analysis, preparing briefings, and generating test reports.
