What you'll do

• Coach managers on performance, communication, and team effectiveness
• support conflict resolution and labor-law compliance
• improve and standardize people processes
• investigate employee concerns and policy issues
• support acquisitions, integrations, reorganizations, and HRIS or CRM changes
• assist with workforce planning, interviews, selection, postings, offers, and onboarding
• maintain onsite branch presence.
