What you'll do

• Own North America revenue, EBITDA, and margin against plan
• lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasts
• maintain weekly and monthly forecasting
• advise regional leadership on pricing, resource allocation, profitability, and investment
• lead client finance teams and oversee scoping, estimating, pricing, billing, and project profitability
• manage cash forecasts and working capital
• deliver monthly management reporting
• standardize forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking
• drive adoption of the new ERP
• implement finance processes across the project lifecycle
• track integration synergies and cost savings
• lead and develop the regional finance team.
