What you'll do

• Greet customers and visitors
• answer calls, take messages, and route customers to licensed team members
• assist with scanning, filing, data entry, mailing, and records
• help schedule appointments
• make appropriate unlicensed customer service and follow-up calls
• support appointment materials
• assist with social media content, marketing materials, and community events
• monitor social media and notify team members when responses are needed.
