What you'll do

• Support residential mortgage loan administration and processing from application through closing, funding, post-closing, and delivery
• maintain pipeline records and monitor file status
• coordinate with lenders, processors, underwriters, title companies, closing agents, and other parties
• review and maintain loan documentation
• follow up on missing information and file deficiencies
• support closing, funding, disbursement, and post-closing activities
• conduct quality-control reviews
• identify and escalate compliance or operational issues
• respond to customer and partner inquiries
• maintain reports and records
• support audits and departmental projects.
