The Changeover Technician — Injection Molding Toolroom role is onsite in Erie, PA, full-time, with compensation of $19–$23 per hour. The position supports Essentra’s injection molding operations and toolroom team. The technician prepares molds and equipment for production, completes changeovers, and helps maintain safe, effective production setups. The role works with process technicians, toolmakers, production supervisors, and quality personnel to support product quality and improve changeover efficiency and tooling reliability.

What you'll do

• Perform mold and machine changeovers
• prepare injection molds and tooling
• connect and disconnect water lines, electrical connections, and hydraulics
• inspect equipment and identify issues
• troubleshoot and communicate concerns
• follow setup sheets and work instructions
• document changeovers
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• support continuous improvement.
