What you'll do

• Answer customer questions about products and deliveries, suggest relevant products, process orders, prepare correspondence, track orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Build customer relationships, meet call-handling and order-entry quotas, handle complaints, maintain customer pricing records, coordinate with warehouse managers about orders, and expedite back-order and open-order reports.
