Companion Caregiver

Job overview

The Companion Caregiver role is onsite in Plant City, FL, with a schedule of Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Tuesday from noon to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports people with disabilities in their living environments. The caregiver provides companionship and practical daily assistance, including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication dispensing, and errands. This support is intended to enhance clients’ quality of life.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and conversation
• assist with hygiene, dressing, mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• prepare meals and snacks
• perform light housekeeping
• dispense medication
• assist with errands and shopping.
