Dual-Site HVAC General Manager

The Dual-Site HVAC General Manager role is onsite in Land O’ Lakes, FL, overseeing two established operating companies. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The role leads residential plumbing and HVAC operations and works with ownership and the leadership team to support growth and operational performance. The general manager oversees daily production, field operations, safety, project management, and employee retention while ensuring service execution, budget accountability, and quality. The role develops and mentors the operations team, improves management practices, and drives growth, customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability across the two companies.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day company production and field operations
• supervise safety, project management, on-site progress, and employee retention
• oversee plumbing and HVAC service execution
• hold managers accountable for schedules and budgets
• support recruiting, selection, orientation, training, coaching, and discipline
• improve management protocols and tools
• collaborate with ownership on growth plans
• drive safety, quality, and profitability
• report operating conditions to ownership
• coordinate among sales, service, installation, and operations.
