The Director of Strategic Marketing role is an onsite position in Fort Collins, CO. The salary range is $125,000–$180,000 per year. At Ayres Associates, a multidisciplinary engineering and architectural design firm, the director leads marketing and partners with Business Development and operational leaders to support strategic growth. The director guides marketing operations, brand positioning, pursuit support, and communications while connecting marketing activity to business outcomes. The role develops the team and processes, supports market and client development, and helps align marketing investments and plans with firmwide priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Marketing team
• oversee proposals, pursuit support, brand management, communications, digital marketing, events, and industry visibility
• set priorities and allocate resources
• partner with operational leaders and Business Development on growth initiatives
• evaluate market opportunities and client needs
• support pursuit and client development
• monitor performance measures
• develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and resource recommendations.
