What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting processes
• maintain financial records and support budgeting
• coordinate with external accountants and auditors
• monitor financial deadlines, payments, and documentation
• oversee HR administration, employee records, and onboarding
• support employee relations
• maintain confidential HR information
• track grant expenditures and support grant budgets and reporting
• coordinate payroll and benefits administration
• prepare financial reports
• support audits and organizational reporting
• maintain finance and HR policies and records
• support compliance and improve internal processes.
