This role exists to act as the primary point of contact for key airline customers, aligning expectations and driving operational excellence. The supervisor manages day-to-day account activities, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates across functions to ensure contract compliance and continuous service improvement.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary point of contact for airline partners
• ensure accurate account billing and service delivery
• oversee inventory management and par levels
• monitor equipment inventories
• coordinate catering operations for on-time departures
• implement menu and service changes
• ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, and safety standards
• analyze flight attendant feedback and delay trends
• support culinary presentations
• track quality performance metrics.
