• oversee multiple projects and teams
• monitor safety, quality, schedules, labor productivity, budgets, forecasts, margins, cash flow, and portfolio performance
• partner with estimating and preconstruction leaders
• develop workforce plans and operational processes
• maintain client relationships
• support contract negotiations and project pursuits
• mentor future leaders
• collaborate on strategic planning and growth.
