What you'll do

• Lead leasing initiatives and supervise onsite staff
• serve as liaison among the organization, residents, staff, and vendors
• monitor expenses and budgets
• report budget variances
• collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
• oversee applicant screening, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
• coordinate maintenance
• inspect the property
• maintain records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations.
