What you'll do

• Complete community work orders
• perform repairs and other work to prepare apartments for move-ins
• order and organize maintenance supplies
• complete general maintenance projects involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping
• respond promptly to emergencies and after-hours calls
• maintain knowledge of emergency, safety, and disaster procedures
• maintain office, shop, storage, and mechanical areas
• drive residents to stores or special trips as needed.
