This position supports the American National Red Cross in its mission to provide humanitarian aid and disaster relief across the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast Region. This role exists to drive major gift fundraising by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding individual donors capable of contributing $5,000 or more. The officer builds sustainable donor pipelines and develops engagement strategies that align donor interests with the organization's critical disaster response and humanitarian priorities.

What you'll do

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at the $5,000+ level.
• Develop customized engagement strategies.
• Mobilize philanthropic support during disaster response.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute fundraising plans.
