What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance work orders
• maintain and repair equipment and property
• paint and replace fixtures, bulbs, and filters
• conduct daily inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance
• maintain parking, pool, grounds, sidewalks, and common areas
• report problems to the General Manager
• follow key-control policies and OSHA standards.
