IQ-EQ provides administration, compliance, governance, data, and reporting services to investment managers, asset owners, and global businesses. The manager oversees accounting and financial reporting for management company entities, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and compliant fiscal operations. The role also leads close activities, supports client finance teams, and improves controls and processes across the Alternative Investment Management team.

What you'll do

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for management company entities
• oversee chart of accounts, accounts payable and receivable, and expense allocations
• lead monthly close
• ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• collaborate with client finance teams
• liaise with auditors and tax advisors
• reconcile cash flows
• prepare ad hoc reports
• support client onboarding
• develop financial controls and streamline processes.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience in the alternative investment industry. CPA, ACA, or ACCA is preferred; hybrid work schedule.
