It also leads a small marketing team and coordinates execution with Sales, Product, and Operations.

What you'll do

• Own brand-awareness and positioning initiatives
• develop differentiated product messaging
• lead go-to-market plans for new products, including naming, packaging, and sales enablement
• manage Amazon, Shopify, and other online platforms
• plan and optimize paid media
• create campaigns and content
• define and track marketing KPIs
• analyze performance and optimize spend
• lead marketers and freelancers
• collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations.
