What you'll do

• Coordinate parts requests with internal teams, warehouses, manufacturers, and suppliers
• identify OEM and aftermarket part numbers
• process and track warranty claims
• confirm coverage and resolve claim discrepancies
• source replacement parts while considering lead time, cost, and urgency
• maintain warranty and parts records
• confirm specifications with technicians
• track recurring failures
• coordinate parts logistics
• maintain audit and reporting documentation
• initiate chargebacks for equipment not returned as required.
