What you'll do

• Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage-hour class action and PAGA cases, with other disputes potentially involving trade secrets, non-competes, whistleblower matters, employment tax, and prevailing wages. Draft pleadings, workplace policies, and discovery
• argue motions
• conduct administrative hearings
• take and defend depositions
• conduct employee training
• and advise employers.
