What you'll do

• Provide personal hygiene care, including bathing and shampooing, according to the patient’s Plan of Care
• deliver routine medical supplies as needed
• observe and report changes in patient condition to the Nurse or Care Manager
• may assist with transfers
• complete 12 hours of annual in-service training.
